Tom Toms Twice baked Potatoes Two ways

Wrap with tinfoil 4 large Russet potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove and cool. Split and tablespoon out the flesh. put the flesh in a two bowls and add 2 large tablespoons of orange Mountain rub into one bowl and 2 large tablespoons of pepperberry rub in the second. In each bowl, whip in 1/4 cup cream and 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese till smooth. Fill the potato skins up with blend and bake at 400 for 1/2 hour till brown on top. Enjoy
