Roaring Roasted "Cauliflower, Carrots and Parsnips"

Rinse all vegetables. break up the cauliflower and slice the carrot and parsnips lengthwise in quarters. Toss with olive oil and dust with Lemon Myrtle Dust..Toss and dust some more. Place on tin foil and roast at 350 degrees for 40 minutes tossing frequently.
