Lemon Myrtle Split Pea Soup

Sauté two diced medium onions with 2 tablespoon butter and 3 tablespoons of Lemon Myrtle Rub till translucent. Put in a medium sized pot. Add 1 cup water and two cups of light cream and 1 cup of split peas. Heat under low heat for 1 hour. lightly blend with an emersion blender. taste and season with lemon Myrtle rub again to taste.
