Terrific Tasmanian Turkey
Take your thawed turkey and separate the layer between the skin and the meat without removing the skin. Take 3 tablespoons of either Forestberry Chipotle rub, Pepperberry rub, Koala Curry or Orange Mountain rub and rub it under the skin on the meat. Then season the entire bird with the same blend. Roast normally.
