Scallywag Scallops

Lightly season scallops with any of the Wing dusts. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a sauce pan under medium heat. Once the butter has melted drop in the scallops, searing them on both sides for three minutes turning every 30 seconds. Terrific flavor. My favourite is the Lemon Myrtle.
