Birches Bay Salmon

Take a fresh filet of salmon and dust with either pepperberry rub, orange Mountain rub or lemon myrtle rub. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large sauce pan under med/hi heat. Quickly sear the salmon skin side up...meat/seasoning side down, for thirty seconds. Place skin side down on a greased baking sheet and finish in the oven at convection 400 degrees f for 12-14 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
