Savory Focaccia Bread

24 Hours before you make the bread mix well 1/3 cup olive oil with 2 teaspoons of any of these blends: Thai lemon Myrtle, Lemon myrtle rub, Forestberry chipotle rub, Pepperberry rub or the Koala Curry rub.

Prepare bread: 200g flour, 150g water, 7g Pepperberry rub and 4 g. yeast.

Flour, water and yeast are all mixed together. The Pepperberry rub added last and kneaded 5 to 7 minutes on medium speed in a mixer. Allow dough to double in size about 1 hour. deflate dough and transfer it to a well-oiled cookie sheet. Allow to rise and drizzle infused oil over the dough and dimple dough with fingertips.

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
